Sizing; If you are unsure of sizing please call the Tylers office where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering. We will charge a carriage fee for this service
Returns; All orders placed on the webshop are bespoke items once they have been embroidered with a Club badge , initials or a name - therefore they are non returnable .Tylers will only refund items which have been sent in error by ourselves. Please see our terms and conditions.
Deliveries; We do not hold stock of embroidered items all the stock is plain and we only embroider the items which are placed from orders which come through the website .Please see our guide to how our webshops work.
